This iPhone is a NEW warranty replacement from Apple. Apple does not repair your unit they send you a new replacement unit so the screen and back are in MINT unused condition. The box was only opened to confirm it is unlocked, otherwise it has not been used (the plastic film is still around the phone).
Only the unit is sent for replacement the accessories are from the original item. The USB sync cable and wall power adapter are included..
