2001 Yamaha LS2000 20ft in Regina, Saskatchewan

Twin engine jet boat...NEEDS REPAIR...hence the price. Good shape, roomy, with bimini top and trailering cover, hydro-turf flooring, newer battery, stereo, twin 135hp 3cyl Yamaha motors, good for 55 mph on smooth water.
Calkins trailer with new lights, tires bearings and winch.
Right side motor, 1st cylinder shows '20psi' compression. Runs and idles, revs on shore. Under load, shakes and stalls. Needs top end repair.
No inclination to fix - have a new boat already.
Dealer stated 10k sale price with repairs completed; estimates xxxx-3k shop bill - top end kit is 500 on ebaa. Fix it yourself and have a great boat, or make a few bucks.
They've offered me more than asking price on trade in. Would look at interesting trades.
