WANTED: LOOKING FOR A 2 BEDROOM PET FRIENDLY HOME in Regina, Saskatchewan

My husband, his sister and her newborn son and I are looking for a safe, well-kept 2 or 3 bedroom house or apartment that is no more than xxxx per month including utilities. We would require somewhere with appliances including laundry facilities. Most importantly we also require a pet friendly home. We adore our pets and won't live without them. We would like to move in anytime between May 1st and May 14th. We would be happy to sign a long-term lease for the right home and landlord. We have references and our current landlord will confirm we pay rent on time, if not early most months. We are moving unexpectedly (due to sister in law moving from Ontario with newborn to leave a bad situation) and would really appreciate a landlord that can be flexible in paying the deposit and/or pet fees.
A little about us: My husband has a great full time job that he has had for several years, his own car and supports us both. His sister is currently on maternity leave with her own income to support herself and will be returning to work early next year. We are all over 37 years old (other than the baby of course), quiet, mature, respectable and do not drink, do drugs or party. We enjoy spending time at home and exploring our neighbourhood.
We have Bella, a senior poodle Shih-tzu mix, Beau, a 4 year old fixed Chihuahua shih-tzu mix and Esme, a 4 year old mixed tabby cat, All are trained to use the appropriate facilities applicable to them. All 3 pets are under 10 lbs each.
We have had bad past experiences with previous rentals and would really like to find a rental with a caring landlord where repairs, issues and concerns are met with reasonable attentiveness. We are open to location just about anywhere in the city as long as it is bug-free and somewhere we can feel safe walking our dogs.
